OUR 4-STEP STAFFING PROCESS

Our objective is that every IT staffing candidate we present is someone you are excited to meet and seriously consider for your team. We focus on quality, not quantity. Every candidate we present has been vetted through our four step process. We’ll never waste your time with unqualified candidates!

I. Profile

We meet with you to outline the requirements of the position, including skills and relevant experience. In addition to our standard, rigorous screening process, we encourage our customers to provide us with any additional screening, we can perform on their behalf, such as custom interview questions or technical testing materials. We will assign a talent scout who will be screening the resumes and our engagement manager has a minimum of 10 years of industry experience.

II. Search

We use our vast network of affiliates to get the best candidate to be positioned at your prestigious organization.

III. Qualify

Every candidate undergoes a custom online screening exam incorporating coding tests, video Q&A (Offshore), and essay questions. The results are reviewed by a senior IT Vertical’s engineer, who then conducts a comprehensive technical interview to further validate the depth, experience and right fit for the culture of your company.
