Account Manager

We are looking for a dynamic individual to joins us as an e-Commerce Account Manager to lead our growing projects, with expertise in e-Commerce, SEO, Sales. will retain and grow accounts by utilizing strategic thinking to create business plans, influence internal stakeholders, and partner with retailers to develop merchandising and promotional plans to drive revenues and brand awareness.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships by developing regular communications with key customer personnel. Respond promptly to all complaints from customer and
  • follow up to ensure problem resolution.
  • Act as liaison between customer and company to work out details regarding services, products and problems.
  • Attend customer functions, industry retreats, etc. in an effort to secure positive relations with customer.
  • Communicate and coordinate as the primary channel of communication between headquarters and purchasing, information services, and accounting departments.
  • Promote customer profitability by working with account managers to retain and grow accounts and maintain profitability. This may include, but is not limited to managing dead and slow inventory, accounts receivable/deposits, unrealistic service requests and balanced loads, etc.
  • Inventory management by working with brokers and supplier representative to keep up with customer’s needs. Work with purchasing to ensure products needed to serve multi-unit customers are ordered timely.
  • Work closely with purchasing and operations to achieve goals of no dead stock, damaged goods, or out of stock items. Respond to problems with inventory as needed.
  • Must have Video setup to conduct Zoom Meetings (with customer) at night.

Skills Required

  • Very strong verbal and Writing Skills in English
  • Must have experience of working with customer in United States
  • Functional experience with all channels of Social Media
  • Very Strong Experience with at least one Digital Marketing Pillars (Content development, SEO, PPC, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal skills, listening skills, and an articulate presenter
  • Confidence to talk to customer and manage their business and growth
