Job Description


Social commerce combines creativity, strategy, and data-driven decision-making to generate online sales and brand growth.

  • Manage and optimize TikTok Shop and other social media marketplace platforms.
  • Create and edit engaging content including posts, reels, short videos, and stories.
  • Monitor social media trends and suggest innovative content ideas.
  • Assist in managing content calendars and scheduling posts effectively.
  • Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Track sales performance including GMV and conversion metrics.
  • Handle customer queries and ensure smooth order fulfillment support.
  • Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for management.

 

Skills Required


  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of social commerce and online sales strategies.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Plus Skills


  • Experience with US market is a plus.
  • Knowledge of TikTok Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Understanding of social media algorithms and content trends.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
