Assistant Manager – Human Resources


Job Summary


Supports the HR functions within an IT organization, with focus on technical workforce management, employee engagement, and HR compliance.


Key Responsibilities


● Partner with technical and delivery teams to support workforce planning and resource allocation
● Drive IT hiring including interview scheduling, and offer management
● Manage employee lifecycle activities incudes onboarding, role changes, and separations
● Address employee concerns, support engagement initiatives, and maintain workplace culture.
● Support compensation planning, payroll inputs, and benefits administration
● Generate HR dashboards, analytics, and management reports


Qualifications & Experience


● Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
● 2–4 years of HR experience in the IT industry


Skills


● Understanding of IT workforce structures and project-based staffing
● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
● Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
● Proficiency in HRMS, Asana and Zoho
