Role Overview


We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist (Night Shift) with strong knowledge of the US market to manage end-to-end. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across multiple US clients while working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Core Responsibilities:


• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, candidate submission, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support
• Prepare and submit candidates with accurate documentation (resume, RTR, work authorization status, rate/salary confirmation)
• Coordinate interviews with US clients and manage feedback loops
• Negotiate compensation, start dates, and offer terms with candidates
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and recurring requirements
