We are looking for a Business Development Manager who could get B2B projects from Freelance Portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr as well as through Direct Leads.

Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with experience of bidding and sales on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer and other portals. An ideal candidate will possess strong verbal communication skills, be able to write effective proposals, and have a track record of successfully bidding on and winning projects.

Skills Required

5+ Years experience in IT Solutions, Digital Marketing and Software Sales.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Sales and marketing acumen.
Proficiency in project management and organization.
Proactive in embracing new challenges.
Must have high-energy, a passion for success, be driven to be the best, and be self-motivated.
Having prior experience of sales.
Effective team player but must be able to manage work independently.

Main Responsibilities

Drive lead generation and convert leads into sales via online platforms and other channels.
Develop persuasive proposals for prospective clients.
Create accurate estimates and quotations for customers.
Maintain daily communication with clients.
Gather client requirements, liaise with the team, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
